Each of our apartments feature fully equipped kitchens or kitchenettes and ensuite baths. Our apartments are more than your standard hotel room: plush, comfortable beds, high quality linens, fluffy towels, work spaces, Malin+Goetz bath amenities and premium essentials suited for longer term stays such as on-site laundry.

You like your independence, but sometimes you need an insider. We provide personal concierge services for guests during their stay. Looking for the best lobster roll in town? Want to know where to rent bicycles to explore the area? Need information about day trips to Portland, Boston, or Newburyport? Our local concierge has you covered. We are just a call or text away!

here’s How it works

Guests who book stays with us will receive detailed instructions for self check-ins 24 hours prior to their arrival. Once you arrive and access your apartment, we are available by phone 24/7. If we are not onsite when you call, then we are typically at one of our other properties Great Island Inn or Rye Motor Inn and can come to you in under 15 minutes to assist in person if needed.
